The FIU Black Mothers Care Plan is pleased to host a FREE community workshop on maternal health and wellness. This workshop is designed for doulas and midwives. Registration is required as seating is limited. Early career, practicing, and student midwives and doulas are especially invited to this session focused on learning about oral health and its impact on pregnancy outcomes. This workshop will be led by Stefanie Gaspard, RDH, BHSc, CMBM. Join us on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at YWCA of South Florida Intergenerational Center 3450 NW 199th Street Miami Gardens, FL 33056 from 1:00 PM–2:30 PM. Light lunch will be provided. This event is funded by the Harry Kramer Fund Memorial Fund.
