Please fill out this application to be recognized by the FIU College of Law Student Bar Association and Student Services. You need the following documents along with this application: 1. Mission Statement 2. Constitution/Bylaws (To be eligible to receive funding from the SBA your organization may not charge membership dues.) 3. Executive Board List (President & Treasurer – at minimum) Please provide emails, cell numbers & Panther ID. 4. Faculty Advisor 5. New Members List (Please provide signatures of at least 20 interested students.) 6. Budget proposal including tentative events for the academic year. 7. Signed copy of the Information Guidelines. This form will be sent to the Student Bar Association’s President and Secretary. The Secretary can be reached at sbasec@fiu.edu. You will be notified of the SBA’s decision within 60 days.
