Program on Demand Request Form

If you are interested in bringing a program on demand to your student group or organization, please fill out the form below. Within a week, you will be contacted by a CLS staff member on the appropriate campus to set up an informational meeting. All requests must be submitted two weeks prior to desired workshop date.

The group requesting the presentation must provide the space. Facilitation is free for all FIU students; however, we do provide services for faculty, staff, and non-FIU affiliated groups for a nominal fee. Although we try to accommodate your group’s preferred time, preference will be given to groups who are available during business hours.

Our trained facilitators will guide participants through unique and interactive experiences tailored to your learning outcomes. CLS staff will meet with you prior to the experience to assess team strengths and areas for growth. We provide sessions such as, but not limited to, the following: (Check up to three topics).
