FIU License Plate Order Form

Use the form below to order your official FIU license plate.
Fill out all required fields and upload any necessary documents to start your application.

If your registration expires within the next three months, you’ll need to submit a renewal payment before we can issue your plate.

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Payment is collected once your application is submitted to the local tag agency.

Customized plates may take 60–90 business days to arrive. To check availability for a personalized plate, visit services.flhsmv.gov/mvcheckpersonalplate.

Please note: The cost of the FIU license plate exceeds $25, and by submitting this form, you agree to pay all outstanding balances before receiving your plate.
