This form should be used for requests for anticipated food truck involvemet at an upcoming event. Approvals will be based upon review and analysis of the event date, time, location, expected attendance and some additional factors.

Food trucks will confirm booking based upon truck's schedule and availability. It is suggested that the number of trucks you assign per event is intentional based upon attendance and various other factors. Please refer to the suggestions below or the website for suggested guidelines for booking trucks for your event. Most trucks require a minimum buy-in when scheduling.

Suggested Guide for Scheduling:
Under 100 attendees – 1 truck
101 to 300 attendees – 2 to 3 trucks
301 t0 500 attendees – 3 to 4 trucks
Over 500 attendees - Dining Services or Central Reservations will assist in determining the number of trucks based upon attendance
