I understand that if accepted to the pathway, I will need to complete the following requirements in order to obtain the Micro-certificate: Step 1: Submit the FIU Career Ready Micro-Certificate Application Step 2: Enroll and complete the Career Readiness Badge which is a requirement for all students and fulfills the Career and Self Development Category. Step 3: Enroll and complete 7 additional badges, making sure to include at least one badge in each category. Step 4: Complete the final project in Canvas.

A final reflection -minimum 250 words- explaining how the Micro-Certificate pathway has helped you with your career preparation.
