Testing Accommodation Webform

The Disability Resource Center works with FIU students, faculty, and staff to help facilitate testing accommodations for students registered with the DRC.

In order to schedule testing appointments with the DRC, please submit a DRC Exam Proctor Form completed by both student and professor to provide the necessary testing information to the DRC.
